In this project, JOE supported the client in developing an Operational HSE Manual (Draft version) for drilling phase of the offshore oil field development.

In order to reflect the intention of our client in mind, JOE has developed a simple and practical document based on following items:
- Client’s operational HSE manual for onshore drilling abroad
- JOE’s experience of developing HSE manuals
- International HSE guidelines
- Japanese regulations and standards, etc.

The manual consists of 37 HSE related items. JOE supported the documentation of 24 items out of 37 items, including their flowcharts and check sheets.
