The Safety and Environment Center for Petroleum Development (SEC) which is one division of Engineering Advancement Association of Japan (ENAA) undertakes the three-year research project on Safety Measures for Development in Deepwater Offshore Areas, aiming at utilization for E&P activities in Japanese offshore areas.
