Feasibility Study on Loading Facilities for Khor Al-Zubair Port

The purpose of this study, as part of Japan's ODA project "Port Sector Rehabilitation Project (II)", was to develop a conceptual plan of the Petroleum products Loading Facilities for Khor Al-Zubair Port in the southern Iraq.
The project is being executed through a joint venture composed of Oriental Consultants Global Co., Ltd. and Nippon Koei Co., Ltd.

3. Chemical Fire Engine

For the establishment of the necessary reference specifications for Loading Arm and Firefighting Equipment, the outsourcing manpower was entrusted to JOE, where it provided the following services.

1. Participation in the site meeting at Basra in southern Iraq
2. Establishment of study data
3. Outline study of operation philosophy and system description
4. Preparation of major equipment short specification
5. Preparation of layout drawings
6. Preparation of bill of materials
7. Estimation of schedule and cost
8. Recommendation for the facility study in the next engineering stage
