Japan Oil Engineering Co., Ltd. was designated as the independent technical consultant for financial due diligence of the Lenders to various FPSO projects. As the independent technical consultants to the projects, our scope of services was to assess and evaluate the various phases of each project development and prepare the reports.
The reports were prepared to provide the independent technical review of the projects related documents and to confirm to the lenders that the FPSO meets its technical and environmental requirements.
